Fish fry?
Hi all,
Does any know if there is a weekly fish fry somewhere. I seem to recall Capt Marvin or someone else has a weekly fish fry.

Hi Guys !
Herman's Fish Fry was destroyed by Hurricane Dean. Several of us on the Forum contributed to the re-building of it because Herman spent many hours helping the staff secure Morritt's before Dean hit .... while his Fish Fry was lost.
He has found a new location - near the Blow Holes - but as of June was having problems getting permits. etc.
I will post on here any updates I receive.

We did a fishing trip with Captain Herman on October 8 and when he was cooking for us in our unit, he said that he was starting his fish fries next month (November).

Thanks, I'll have to look in to that, We'll be there first 2 weeks in Nov.
After months of applications, red tape, & waiting, Captain Herman got his authorization today to begin reconstructing his Famous Fish Fry. We shall now all begin salivating.

AT LAST !! The "red tape" has been a real struggle. As of now, they hope to be open by Christmas. Herman is doing the construction work.
They plan to be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10a-7p.
Herman and Penny want to thank all of us for the continued support and patience.
Herman took us to the "site" last June and it's truly a beautiful location - near the Blow Holes.
